F
Fear.
Like falling through the air without a harness or safety net
But there's beauty in the weightlessness
R
Repercussions
Because every action that you perform has a result
Whether it be heinous or beautiful
It all comes back to you
I
Intuition
Knowing who's on your side and who's there to your detriment
E-N-D
Anything and everything must come to an end
Even the most resilient flowers die
Even the brightest of stars fizzle out
It's nature
Friend
Someone that presents themselves to you in the most wholesome way, allowing you to follow suit
There is no judgement or belittling
Only love and growth
But
Like flowers and stars
Even friendships come to an, often abrupt, barely otherwise, end
Friend
I was sullen in a corner with my head in my hands
The darkness consumed me, my soul reprimands
Then I saw a light, I secured it with a glance
What I saw was alluring, a silhouette of a man
He then stepped forward, his voice strong as steel
"What seems to be the matter? I'll settle what you feel"
I told him I was fine, as I tried hard to conceal
But he reached out and embraced me, a noble ideal
I cried into his shoulder, my walls crumbled down
His demeanor spoke volumes, but he didn't make a sound
He wiped away my tears, and told me not to frown
"For i am your friend, I am your light now"
