I'm the fattest fairy in the kingdom
No one wants my pot of gold
I'm the fattest fairy in the kingdom
All my life, that's what I've been told
All the other pretty fairies
Effortlessly skyward-bound
But my sturdy, clunky stompers
Hardly ever off the ground
But I wanna fly
So high
I'd kiss the moon goodnight
I want them to cry
Out in envy
When I fly by
The rainbow would be pretty jealous
If it saw me in my dreams
Yet, the sunlight cuts me deeply
When I waken from my sleep
So I nibble at my feelings
Some more nectar, I don't mind
Unlike all my fairy siblings
Food has never been unkind
If there were a magic potion
I would give my sister's eye
Then, for once, I'd be the prettiest
Her shame would be my victor's price
But I wanna fly
So high
I'd kiss the pond goodbye
I would rather die
Than stay here
For all my life
Boring, lame, old, ugly Myrtle
Far too fat and far too kind
I wonder who they'll next devour
When I'm stepping out of line
