A lonesome rider's walking home
He walks along his deep black horse
He feels his sins within his throat
And shivers from his cursed soul
He knows his end is nigh for sure
And prays on God for his lost cause
No longer looking for remorse
He's just walking with his horse
The lonesome rider's walking home
At least that's where he should have gone
He is on a different road
One that's turning back no more
A curse upon his head
And a walk that never ends
The rider has lost his way
The wind that hits his broken face
The eyes that look to nowhere safe
He grew tired of his horse pain
And decides to end it right away
The horse's name was Lucky Ted
He thrusts a knife on its warm neck
His guilty blade is looking red
He yells: what the hell, my life's a wreck!
The lonesome rider's walking home
At least that's where he should have gone
He is on a different road
One that's turning back no more
A curse upon his head
And a walk that never ends
The rider has lost his way
