Em Chuku - Citizens, Vol. 5 (Justice System) Lyrics

Em Chuku - Citizens, Vol. 5 (Justice System) Lyrics
Official

We bleed for the justice system
We live for the justice system
We die for the justice system
We can only hope for a change in the justice system
I recall watching a slavery movie in my teens
Story goes like this
The White race came to Africa
At the time slavery was still happening within Africa
They sympathized with Black race on their lifestyle issues
The Blacks related to it ended up giving up
Their fellow country men for western slavery
Today it's still happening and people still don't get it
When I see Whites sharing Black Lives Matter
It reflects that dark period of times
The approach of sympathy and belittlement
Racism is engineered in human nature
We all should acknowledge that
The focus should be on a systematic approach in dealing with it
In this case of Police brutality the justice system
As a means to deter race crimes
So in all honesty the slogan should be
Change Justice System
We bleed for the justice system
We live for the justice system
We die for the justice system
We can only hope for a change in the justice system
They sympathized with Black race on their lifestyle issues
The Blacks related to it ended up giving up
Their fellow country men for western slavery
Today it's still happening and people still don't get it
When I see Whites sharing Black Lives Matter
It reflects that dark period of times
The approach of sympathy and belittlement
Racism is engineered in human nature
