Gwrando - drink with teeth Lyrics

Gwrando - drink with teeth Lyrics

The meaning of the word dhampyr comes from the
Albanian language which translates as: to drink with teeth

According to legends they are recognized for having large heads and dark black Hair, it is said that they have no shadow

They are those sired by a human mother in sexual contact with a vampire father
According to mythology the opposite cannot happen because vampires are sterile
Thus dhampirs inherit various aspects of their parents

The vampiric hybrid sex determined its name
Dhampir if male and dhampiresa if female

Balkan traditions vampires feel desire for human females
For that reason they return to make love with their

Former wives or with the women they desired when they were alive

There were cases of many men in Serbia posing as
Vampires to sleep with the women they desired

Similar situations arose in different parts of Croatia
Where unknown men arrived in small villages

This practice had repercussions, due to folklore
Which says that the vampire liked young women and virgins

But there was a case of a pregnant
Widow who accused her late husband

In Bulgarian legends they are described as dirty beings with small
Noses and soft bodies there are rumors that they do not have bones and nails

They are said to have the ability to destroy other vampires, as they inherit their Supernatural parent's powers without their weaknesses
For this reason they are Respected hunters of vampires and other mystical beings who usually work as Mercenaries from town to town

They are half human and half vampire
The event of the birth of a dhampir has two faces the humans who raise it know That they risk doing so because they could suffer the wrath of the vampires, but They do it to produce a vampire guardian and hunter
