Father God I thank you
Because you are perfect and unfailing in all of your ways
I can rest knowing that you are watching over your word
To perform it according to Jeremiah 1:12
Lord, your word says come to me, all you who are weary and burdened
And I will give you rest
I shall rest knowing that even with all of my ambitions
Dreams, and goals, you are concerned about my well-being
Yes, you have called me to do great exploits in the earth
But you are the source of my strength
And I submit to the mandate of this Saturday-Sabbath
I rest in knowing that everything concerning my life and progression
Is in the hands of the one who faileth not
I will not be over worked and under-rested, in the name of Jesus
I decree the peace of God that surpasses understanding
Shall keep my heart and mind through Christ Jesus
I take authority over my mind, and I command my mind to rest without wondering
I submit this day unto the Lord for rest and replenishing
Anything out of my control is God's priority and I will rest in knowing that

Lord I thank you because your word declares to be still
And know that you are God
You will be exalted among the nations, you will exalt in the earth
I decree that in my life you shall be exalted
As a result of my stillness and faith to totally rely on you
Because you are all powerful, I have no need to worry
In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for you alone
Make me dwell in safety according to Psalm 4:8
Lord I decree that my mind, body, soul and spirit are becoming one with you
I will rest while sleeping and insomnia does not have legal right into my life
I will get the proper hours of sleep to be fully strengthened and be aware
Satan will not have an advantage over me due to tiredness
Fatigue, stress and weariness, they are rebuked and must bow at my decree, in Jesus name
I will not experience heart disease, heart attack, heart failure
Irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, stroke or diabetes
Due to the lack of rest in the name of Jesus
Lord, your word declares to be anxious for nothing
I will be still and wait on you! My soul finds rest in God alone
My salvation only comes from him
He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken
My flesh and my heart may fail
But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever
I rest not in my understanding
But in all of my ways I will acknowledge him
For it is you who have PROVEN yourself to be never changing you are the same
Yesterday, today and forever more
Father I decree that my mind, body, soul and spirit will encounter a divine rest
That can only come from God
I will yield only to your will and rest according to your leading in the name of Jesus
I decree that my days are becoming wiser
And I am multiplying in wisdom and understanding
I am no longer under the curse
I am not a slave or prisoner to my goals and aspirations
Because the blessings of the Lord maketh rich and adds no sorrow
I am well rested and inspired to go harder after this day
I am speaking those things that are not as thou they were
My body is rested, mind, and spirit renewed, soul restored
I decree according to Psalm 23:1-3 The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want
He makes me lie down in green pastures
He leads me beside the still waters, he restores my soul
He guides me along the right paths for his name's sake
He restores my soul and he is faithful, he restores my soul and he is just!

Today is a dawning of a new day
I am excited and my spirit is ignited
I am favorable. According to psalms 25:21
Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee
Thank you for creating me because I know that I am fearfully and wonderfully made
We thank and praise you in the name of Jesus, AMEN
