Everywhere you look today it's like an angry flash mob
Someone cries anxiety another harassment at their job
Society's evolved problematic from its toes to its nose
Political correctness has enabled the entitled to decompose
There was a time when independence from the nest
Was flight that couldn't come soon enough
Now its 25 30 40 or maybe never
Cause the system doesn't encourage growing up
There's a struggle on the street at work and in the home
There's a struggle in the park on line and on the phone
There's a struggle to resist what you see and what you know
There's a struggle to persist in the fight for the seeds that you've sown
In the struggle
Everywhere you look today everyone is on their phones
In their cars and out on the street in the malls and in their homes
This generation's no idea no awareness of the gravity of the moment
How to stay in weigh in instead they move through life like drones
The lawyer the psychologist self serving politician
Have installed a certain fatal disconnect
Being forced to accept against our standards and our will
Otherwise known as politically correct
Everywhere you look today there is discord and contempt
In the halls of justice and the church pews it seems like nothing is exempt
Responsibility accountability have been replaced with "I've got rights you know yeah"
A coup d'e-tat of the moral fibre for which I remain on the front line fight!
