Here's the little monkey, among trees and leaves,
With a glittering tiara and a feathered cuff.
She looks in the water, admiring her style,
"I am a princess, noble and worthwhile!"
Oh, I'm a monkey princess, so royal and rare,
With golden leaves and a banana crown to wear!
I swing from branch to branch with grace,
And all the monkeys watch, though keeping their space.
"Meow," says the cat? No, "Oo-oo" is my sound,
For I'm the princess of the jungle ground!
She dreams of a ball with the jungle's elite,
With banana mousse and nut cake, what a treat.
The monkey prince smiles, so handsome and grand,
But she loves her royal charms more than his hand.
When night falls, and all are asleep,
Our little monkey dances without missing a beat.
She spins and hops in the moon's soft light,
And dreams of a kingdom, pure and bright!
