Joel Garthy - Been There, Done That Lyrics

Joel Garthy - Been There, Done That Lyrics
Official

One, two, three
For the first time I was in a state of deep despair
When I saw my pretty angel acting like she didn't care
Flew to the peaks of her ambition up to the point of no return
And I froze with hesitation and I let this mother burn
Let the games begin
I'm ready to explode
Make sure you can relate
Then let me dry your eyes
In the summertime
When my tide is high
I'm drowned as customary
Been there, done that
There was a kinky lady lying naked on the floor
And she called out to her boyfriend but he didn't need her love no more
Then she screamed for some companion
And she tried her luck with me
But I had my own opinion
So I filled her up with poetry
Now let the games begin
I'm ready to explode
Make sure you can relate
Then let me dry your eyes
In the summertime
When my tide is high
I'm drowned as customary
Been there, done that
There is still room in my heart for any kind of conversation
Hello poet, how are you today
Not fine, but thanks for asking
Don't Tell me storys
I know each of them
No more surprises or secrets
Nothing I didnt experience
Nothing throws me off Track anymore
You have no idea, so shut up and dont ask me for More
Now pull yourself together, don't bother me
I'm bored of you nonsense
Let me live my life as I want it
Let me live life right now
At the end of our existence
We'll be judged by deeds and words
Heavenly choirs sing in the distance
And they sing until it hurts
I could use some competition
Who's to win and who's to lose
That's what fueled my own ambition
To be your one and only muse
Let the games begin
I'm ready to explode
Make sure you can relate
Then let me dry your eyes
In the summertime
When my tide is high
I'm drowned as customary
Been there, done that
