They say the birds and bees bring love in spring
A sweet romance, a joyful thing
Somewhere in the woods, a queen bee flew
And found a crow, jet-black and true
She buzzed in flowers, gold and bright
He cawed at dawn, and through the night
An unlikely pair, a royal bee and crow
In a love that sparked and started to grow
Oh, the queen bee and her crow
Claw in wing, hearts aglow
With honey and feathers, dark and light
They danced together till the morning light
One day their eggs woke from their sleep
And oh, how the world did weep
Jet-black wings and compound eyes
Born to rule, to claim all lives
Feathers like night, stingers sharp
Six legs to roam, and tear flesh apart
The murder-bees, fierce and cruel
The new gods, all lives they rule
From shadows they soared, full of hate
With venomous beaks, all life they ate
They whispered words in raspy tone
Declaring the Earth theirs alone
Oh, love so wild, born of dark and flight
In murder-bee swarms that destroy all light
They took to the skies, on a murder spree
And claimed the world as theirs eternally
Now fields lie dead where life once grew
Cities are empty, of me and you
Only giant murder-bee hives
Where there once were human lives
So beware the fields, beware the trees
For now begins the age of bees
The murder-bees, that unholy spawn
The age of man? Oh. That's long gone
