Come with Me Now was initally released in 2011 as single from their album Lunatic,
but didn't start charting in the United States until 2014.
The band performed the song live while opening for
Linkin Park
in South Africa.
It was considered a fan favorite there, but took a while longer to catch on in the US.
Jesse Kongos told Billboard magazine:
"There was about a year-and-a-half in America trying to get it going, and nothing was happening.
Then, all of a sudden, a few stations started to spin us, and that's when it started to change."
Dylan talked more about the song:
"It came about from him listening to a lot of that Kwaito music.
The variations of style that the song went through were quite vast, but it always kept
this Kwaito vibe. Johnny picked up the accordion on our first album, and it's going to be
a centerpiece of the band forever."
