Hold me closer, hold me closer
There once was a man who would fight
Swords breathing fire in the night
He'd go down town just to hang around
And wait there with greedy delight
He'd pick em all off one by one
Their toes and their fingers and their thumbs
He was swift as a bird, not a whimper was heard
As he cut out their heart and their lungs
Never would they lift their brow
At the butcher with his shop up town
A legitimate trade where he'd need such a blade
His secret would never be found
Many compliments arrived of his meat
A line out the door, down the street
They'd rave of the flavour amid wild behaviour,
As they pushed for the last of his treats
Then all the other butchers closed down
Till he was the sole one in town
A hundred he'd slaughtered to fill such an order
Suspicion began to arouse
All united in defeat
His rivals began to complete
The pieces of the puzzle and vowed to make rubble
This evil man and his upkeep
They called him in the shop the next day
Told customers for what they had paid
They spat and they choked and they set to turn smoke
Upon him and what stood in their way
But the man wouldn't lie down and die
He wielded flame for them six feet high
He'd twist and he'd turn, and he'd slash and he'd burn
Stained his tiles a rich crimson dye
With a majestic swing from his wrist
The room would be red as girls' lips
Eyes on the floor as he walked out that door
And the rest of his life was bliss
