MORRIS RANDOM POET - Before you were Born Lyrics

MORRIS RANDOM POET - Before you were Born Lyrics
Official

I loved you before you were born
Though you knew not then
Fore you were lost in the midst
And time had not yet been
I created it just for you
To help in finding the way
Hoped life would be good
And you would continue to pray
I heard your cry when you were born
To a life of the tattered and torn
And I saw the prison in your heart
Where you keep the ones whom you scorn
Blamed me for all your troubles
And soon turned away
Told me I would have to pay
So, I briefly look away
I will free you from your cage
And let you freely talk and boast
That you beaten the curse of life
And need no one to be your host
You'll rant and say this is my world
I am the conqueror of all I see
The greatest to ever live
The greatest to ever be
I can make it all alone
This earth will furnish my needs
And run with the eyes
Of someone who cannot see
And though I will not agree
With the things you carry out
I will let you go about your life
Until the day you will have a doubt
Soon it all will begin to fall apart
Because you lost the art of life
Then the call will go out
Far and wide
Oh, please save me from all this strife
Then you'll know I was always there
Ready to wipe away all your tears
And cure all your pain
Take away all your fear
Then I will set you free
To try once more
Though I am torn
Please remember I loved you
Before you were born
