I've ridden these trails a thousand times
With the wind in my hair and the sun on my face
In the golden glow of the setting sun
I find peace in this wide open space
Oklahoma's open plains, they call to me
With their whispering winds and endless skies
Where the hills rise and fall like old friends
In this land where my spirit flies
When I'm feeling lost, I come back here
To the place where the world makes sense
Where the beauty of nature fills my soul
And I find my truest defense
So I'll keep riding these Oklahoma plains
With the blue skies above and the hills at my side
For in this land of endless beauty
My heart will forever abide
On the open plains of Oklahoma
Underneath the endless blue skies
