I saw her sauntering down Woodcock Hill
Like the ghost of lovers passed
She was the image of a Cornflake Girl
A phantom unsurpassed
Hair every colour of the rainbow
Ink upon her milky skin
Free-stylised by Camden High Street
She really pulls me in
These days she's all I ever think of yet I don't even know her name
Just a biblical Rebekah who'll break my heart again
It's like an endless vicious circle
I've been here many times before
First I'll brood and then I'll drink and then my heart will start to sink
And then I'll come back for more
I watched the sun rise over Woodcock Hill
Breathed in the summer morning air
Someday I'll see beyond the Cornflake Girl
But for now, she will remain there
