Do such harm to sea life and sea birds

And there's another problem for humanity
Tiny plastic beads that are too small to see
In shower gels, facial scrubs, small specs in toothpaste
In abrasive cleaner and it all goes to waste

Don't let seabirds choke and starve

We never asked for them nor knew we wanted them
Big business never thought it through
Fifty thousand down the sink with every single wash
Go straight through filtration, into rivers and the seas

The earth is so special that we should conserve
Or a damaged world is what we will deserve
