Life is a river with twists and turns
Each ripple has an effect on the next
Every turn changes the shapes, the moving lines of the creek
And how it reflects the light of the hot sun
Sometimes a dash of water may slice through the field of another current
Sometimes, gravity cancels out, imploding into itself at circle speed
Sometimes i feel like a leaf, drifting along, with no control
Sometimes i may get stuck on a rock or a fallen branch
But i have to trust that the undulating waves of life will bring me forward into the sparkling light
Eventually
As one gets further, the creek widens, and the pitfalls don't cease.
If i fall... i could lie here. until i evaporate
Or i could split rock around me, and erode towards the world.
Easier said than done, right?
