Same old sun - Chixken Korai Lyrics

Yeah so I found this recipe for Chicken Korai
And it's most definitely my favourite thing of the moment

Obviously you need a chicken to start
On the bone
Use an aubergine if you are a vegetarian
Then you chop up a little onion
And eight
Yeah eight cloves of garlic
Then add the ginger
Three quarters of an inch of ginger
Chopped crushed
And maybe one or two hot Thai green chilis

Heat the oil up in a large heavy bottomed pan
Fry the chicken with the onions the garlic and the ginger
Add the tomatoes
The chilli
The coriander
The cumin
The black pepper
And you just let it cook
You just let it cook

It's like alchemy
Feels like your making a magic potion
When its been cooking for about 20 minuets
Take the lid off
Turn the heat up
Turn the heat up

Then to finish
Add some whipped yogurt
Some garam masala
Serve it up
With a nice cold beer
Or a mango lassi
Maybe a nice cup of tea
Sit back And enjoy
