Lost in the hallways, a new kid in town
No familiar faces, feeling so alone now
Trying to fit in, but I stumble and fall
These empty classrooms, they feel so small
Walking through the corridors, searching for a friend
But all I see are faces that I can't comprehend
The whispers and the laughter, they cut so deep inside
A lonely wanderer, no place to hide
Every recess, I would sit all alone
On the playground, the world feels so unknown
Watching others play, while I'm left behind
Invisible to them, like I'm out of time
Strangers' eyes pass by, like ships in the night
Lost in a sea of faces, trying to find my light
Lunchroom conversations, a foreign language spoken
In this new school, my heart feels broken
A puzzle missing pieces, a song with no rhyme
Hiding in the library, lost in literature and time
Yearning for a connection, a bond to call my own
But in this empty space, I feel so alone
