The Eagles are an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1971 by Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Bernie
Leadon and Randy Meisner.
They are one of the world's best-selling bands of all time, having sold more than 150 million records - 100 million
in the U.S. alone.
No American band sold more records than the Eagles during the 1970s.
The Eagles disbanded in July 1980 but reunited in 1994 for the album Hell Freezes Over, a mix of live and
new studio tracks.
In 2007, the Eagles released Long Road Out of Eden, their first full studio album in 28 years
and their sixth number one album.

Quotes:
Just for the record, we never broke up. We just took a fourteen year vacation.
Time passes and you must move on. Half the distance takes you twice as long. So you keep on singing for the sake of the song."
We know that this weekend is going to be a tough one for us. Last year we played them twice and the difference
between the two teams in two matches was one goal. Eastern Washington is a hard-working, energetic team that is coming
off a great result with BYU so there spirits are going to be high. They'll attempt to pressure us and really look to counter-attack on our play,
It's been a total headache, ... We had trouble getting officials because the state (LHSAA) ruled New Orleans officials
were unacceptable this season because they have not been going to their weekly meetings and they are supposed to
be working for other associations in Thibodaux and Hammond.
