Obsessive Existential Thoughts
Hyper awareness, hyper vigilance
Questioning things you were once certain of
Spending too much time with thoughts instead
Of reality
Detached from feelings, actions, movements, words because they don't feel like your own

Is it insanity?
Is it madness?
I don't know

I decided to experiment & lock myself in my own room for 3 months straight
I was looping myself infinitely in habits I couldn't control and it was eating my life away

I was lost

And wandering too much had made me lose
Faith & hope

& with my trust of humanity gone, the only thing left for me to trust is ***?

This project is a collection of my thoughts, feelings and words I have been trying to explain for the past months and nobody has been able to understand

So with that being said, Depersonalization is a piece of my life, energy, heart & spirit that I want to share with you The listener
